The New York State Police Investigators Association (NYSPIA) represents over 1,800 active and retired members of the Bureau of Criminal Investigation within the New York State Police.
In 1995, NYSPIA established the Surgeon’s Group to give back to members and their families by ensuring they had access to a network of trusted healthcare professionals. In 2026, the group was renamed the NYSPIA Medical Group and efforts were made to ensure the program continues far into the future. As part of those efforts, partnerships were formed with not just providers, but medical networks and facilities as well. Today, the Medical Group is comprised of hundreds of physicians, surgeons, dentists, mental health practitioners, and specialists who are committed to delivering the highest quality of care to NYSPIA members and their families.
